It’s rained a lot here lately.
The rain gauge was over one inch this morning.
It was over four inches the other day when we emptied it. So, …a good bit of rain lately.
This morning I woke at 4 am …in my recliner …with my laptop sitting on my legs.
I dozed off last night while writing a story. I do love to write.
I couldn’t write on a schedule, though. I do my best writing when something is on my Heart. And last night, I had something on my Heart.
I guess I had dozed off in the middle because the story wasn’t finished.
I woke. I was leaning all the way back in the recliner with my laptop sitting on my legs. I read what I had typed. All looked good to me, but it wasn’t finished.
So, I’ll set that story to the side for now.
I set my laptop on the table next to my recliner, got up, took my morning meds, and checked my blood sugar level. It was 123. A little higher than normal.
I took my Dawg, Tommy, outside and went ahead and fed him.
I then hopped in my truck and drove around listening to “The Adventures of Johnny Dollar.”
I’m now back at home and about to take a shower.
