—Rock Star—
Lately, I’ve been busy being a Rock Star.
Yep. Rockin’ the biggest stadiums out there.
The last concert I played was in front of one hundred and fifty thousand people—all screaming my name.
I played not only the rhythm guitar but also the lead guitar. And I was also the lead singer.
I played everything from my album “Dark Side Of The Moon” to “The Wall.”
Then, I went into all of my Southern Rock Albums.
Of course, I ended my show with my most well-known song, “Free Bird.”
While I was singing “Free Bird” at the top of my lungs and getting ready to amaze people with my excellent guitar solo, it dawned on me… Have I actually listened to Ronnie Van Zant sing Free Bird in the past twenty years? It seems that I’m the one always doing the singing when that song is on…
Some drives through the country are quiet and peaceful. — Some aren’t.
I love playing a Rock Star.
