I felt better today. So good that I went shopping for a few things.
I pulled up to Dollar General.
There was a nice motorcycle parked in the lot.
I don’t usually notice “Normal” looking Motor Cycles. That’s why I noticed this one. It was extra nice—lots of Chrome.
I go inside, grab a buggy and start my shopping.
My shopping is usually pretty fast. I go and get my stuff and get out.
I come upon an older lady wearing a motorcycle helmet down the first aisle. I move over to give her room. She grabs something off the shelf and moves on.
“These aisles are way too close together,” I think.
Down the second aisle, I come upon her again. And again, I move over. She grabs something off the shelf and moves on.
“I’m really getting in her way…”I think.
On the drink aisle…you guessed it. I run into her again.
“I’m really sorry, ma’am, I just keep getting in your way,” I say to her.
She replies, “No. Not at all. Every time I’ve had to stop for you, I’ve found what I was looking for on the shelf. You’ve been a big help today,” and she grabs something off the shelf and moves on.
