—Cabin 6/15/22—
A short entry for today.
I woke this morning at 7:00 a.m. on the nose. —Eastern Time.
I took my meds, gave myself my insulin, and made a cup of coffee. —Black.
A lady is supposed to stop by about cleaning the Cabin.
So, I’m hoping we will have a new Cleaning Crew.
Mom and I have texted back and forth all morning.
She is going to try and come up next week. I’m hoping she can make it up.
I have a Video Appointment with my Psychologist today. I’m not shy about mental health. It should get talked about.
I truly believe that Mental Health goes hand in hand with physical health.
I love the video appointments. They are much easier and can be done anywhere.
