—To All Who Keep Up With My Health—
10/28/2021
I had an appointment with my Urologist today.
You may or may not know, but I developed Hydronephrosis Kidney and Ureter years ago.
In short, Hydronephrosis Kidney is swelling of the Kidneys due to the build-up of Urine.
In other words, my Urine does not get out of my body quickly enough.
Over the years, it has not gotten worse, which is a good thing. It’s been Status Quo. Status Quo, in this case, is good.
You may remember that last year I received a stent in my Right Kidney.
It’s time to change that stent out, and my Urologist would also like to put a stent into my Left Kidney.
So this coming Wednesday, I’ll check into my Hospital to have the stent in my Right Kidney swapped out for a new one and have my first stent put into my Left Kidney.
My Urologist does not foresee any issues during the procedure.
I’m not sure if it will be outpatient. I think it is typically outpatient, but last year, I stayed overnight.
I’ll keep you updated if I learn anything new.
That’s all for now.
Love you,
–Lynn
