Brrrr, It’s cold out there today.
The first thing I did this morning was look at the outside temperature. It said “8.”
The next three days are supposed to be in the single digits with a Wind Chill of negative “Something.”
I heated my truck up and drove down to the fast food joint at the bottom of the hi
I got to the intercom to give my order, and my windows would not roll down. They were all frozen shut.
Well, I wasn’t dressed for going inside. I was afraid the other guests would see my bags, “Lenny and Squiggy,” hanging out from below my shirt. The shirt I had on was not long enough to cover the bags up.
So, I left and settled on eating cheese toast for breakfast.
Back at home, I found four snowglobes left over from last year’s batch.
These have a great, tight-fitting “Stopper” with them.
The tight-fitting stopper will allow me to get all of the air out and not have to use anything but my original snowglobe recipe.
I was pleasantly surprised to run across those globes and will spend the day making four snowglobes using my original recipe to give out as gifts for Christmas.
All the dogs will spend the next three to four days inside, only going out to do their business, and they hate staying indoors.
Y’all stay warm.
We Southerners are not used to this type of weather.
Remember, it only takes about thirty minutes to get Hypothermia in this weather.
That’s all for now.
Love you,
–Lynn
