—Cabin 2/9/2022—
I’ll be honest. I’m not sure what day I’m on at the Cabin. It’s either Day 8 or 9.
I went for a drive through the Country today.
At one of the “Look-Out” points, I stopped and stayed for an hour.
I backed my truck into the parking spot and let my tailgate down.
Then, I got my Diet Soda and sat on the tailgate and took in all the beauty while I sat and thought about life.
There were a lot of families who stopped to take selfies while I sat there.
It was nice watching all the families on their vacation.
The kids chased one another while moms tried to get everyone together for a group photo.
Afterward, I drove to “Cherokee Grill” for dinner.
I ordered the 14 oz. Ribeye with a loaded Baked Potato. Tea to drink.
After dinner, I came back to the Cabin.
The temperature got up into the ’60s today.
The sky was blue with a few clouds.
Right now, the outside temperature is 50 degrees. Too hot to build a fire.
I’m about to hit the sack for the night. I wanted to journal before going to sleep, though.
