—Cabin -Evening-2/15/2022—
My FreeStyle Libre Blood Sugar Sensor needed to be changed out today. Unfortunately, they only last for 14 days.
So, I had the local CVS call my Pharmacy back home and get the prescription so I could get a new one.
Since I’ve been using the sensor, I’ve been able to lower my insulin dosage. It truly is a game-changer for me.
My Blood Sugar stays in-range 93% of the time. I know because the software tells me.
It also sends my information to my Endocrinologist so that he can keep up with my Diabetes as well.
I know I post many pictures of food, but you should know that I eat it in moderation.
Enough about that.
While I was out, I stopped by Outback Steakhouse for a steak, potato, and Bloomin’ Onion. —Oh wait, I said enough about that—
I loaded Bob Segar on my radio and took as many backroads as I could on my way back to the Cabin.
The sky was clear, and the sun was out.
The temperature was in the ’60s.
I had my windows down and singin’ “Against The Wind” as I made my way through the winding roads of The Great Smoky Mountains.
The Tram was overhead of me at times.
At one Scenic Over-Look, I stopped and got out to take in the views.
I left Mr. Bob Segar playing on the radio as I took in the views. After all, I was the only one at this Over-Look.
I then made my way back to the Cabin.
—The Steak was great—
That’s all for now.
Love you,
