Gibbs Garden Center

—Gibbs Garden Center—

Mom and I made our way over to “Gibbs Garden Center,” located on exit 304 off I-65 today.

Gibbs is by far the best Garden Center I’ve ever visited.
Today was my first time visiting.

I don’t know how many acres it sits on, but Mom and I guess it is about four Football Fields in size.

The place is pretty amazing.
I don’t know exactly how many Greenhouses they have, but it’s more than 7. And they are Gigantic Greenhouses. —Gigantic.

There are plants everywhere. Inside and outside.

They also sell Clay Pots. Everything from Small to Extra Large Clay Pots.

Just when I thought I had gone through and seen everything, I stumbled upon Wooden Swings and Chairs of all different types. Fancy Swings. (In my opinion)

The place is so large that it has a Gift Shop.
I was too tired to visit the gift shop, though.
In fact, I had to take a break and go and sit in the car with the A/C running for a half-hour.

Today they had several sales. The main deal was Buy 1 Hanging Basket Plant and get 1 Free.

When I go Grocery Shopping, I like to lean on the Shopping Buggy for support. I couldn’t do that at Gibbs. It’s all gravel, and there are no Shopping Buggys. Instead, they supply Wagons for you to place your items in, and then you pull the Wagon behind you.

I’ll also tell you that it can be expensive.

But, the good thing is, At Gibbs, if you buy a 60 Dollar plant, it will look like a 60 Dollar plant.
