Mt. Airy – Goodbye

—Saying Goodbye—

We met at the Pavilion this morning for a Church Service.

The lesson got taken from an episode of “The Andy Griffith Show,” and it was from the famous episode named “The Case Of A Punch In The Nose.”
I walked away from the service a wiser person.

Most everyone had to leave to go back home today.
We all said our Goodbyes by shaking hands or hugging.

It wasn’t like strangers who had just met each other saying “goodbye,” though; no, It was more like a “Family” saying goodbye to one another at a Family Reunion.
That was the feeling I felt throughout my whole time here. —like family getting together at a family reunion.

It’s amazing that two people, such as “Andy Griffith” and “Don Knotts,” found one another. And even more amazing that they created one of the most significant pieces of American TV ever to be made.
But, If it weren’t for them finding one another, I wouldn’t have this whole new family of mine.

I know I am going to try to make it to more of these events from now on.

That is all for now.

Love you,

–Lynn
