I’m adjusting to my “New” Body and home life.
The pain in my lower body is excruciating. Both legs feel like they are submerged in buckets of ice and frozen solid. It’s constant pain, and I can’t take Gabapentin or Lyrica for it.
My doctors and family believe that I will walk again.
For now, though, I have two pairs of socks and a Heating Pad on each foot.
My body acts like it is confused, which is understandable.
Also, my eyesight is much blurrier.
My weight went from 210 Lbs. to 151 Lbs., which has helped my Diabetes. I no longer take any Diabetic Medication.
Almost all foods taste nasty to me. Still, I eat a high-protein diet.
I get cravings all day and night. After two or three bites, I’m full and nauseated. Still, I am getting enough nutrients.
It is hard to look at myself in the mirror.
My doctors have reviewed my Blood work taken just three months prior, and my Liver, as well as everything else, was Normal.
One doctor said that whatever happened, it happened very, very quickly.
I know this is scattered, but that is the latest on me.
I love you,
–Lynn
