It’s been a good day.
I ended up making a second trip to Dollar General. After that, I had to make a run to my hometown of Fultondale, Alabama. I get my CPAP supplies from a Healthcare Provider there.
Later, mom cooked Chicken and Dressing.
Here in the South, we don’t call anything “Stuffing.” Instead, it’s “Dressing.” It’s always “Dressing.”
One of my favorite things to eat is Raw Dressing. It’s delicious.
Mom’s dressing is Cornbread, boiled eggs, Celery, and some other things.
It’s all cooked. So, “Raw” Dressing isn’t really “Raw.”
The eggs are already boiled, the Cornbread is cooked, and the Celery is Celery. So… It’s not really “Raw.” And it’s delicious. I like it Raw better than cooked.
I’ve mentioned my love for “The Andy Griffith Show,” or ” TAGS, ” as we fans call it. And, on Monday nights, many of us fans meet online and Chat about TAGS. It starts at 7 PM CST.
So, I have to finish this Journal Entry up so I can head to the Chatroom.
