Cabin – Last Day

—Cabin – Last Night—

I’ve been here since June 8th. Almost a month.

My Mom and Aunt came up Seven Days ago, which I enjoyed.
We plan on leaving tomorrow morning.

What’s something you should do on your last day at the Cabin?
Pack up the vehicle? Nope.
Mom decided to move all the furniture around and change the whole layout of the top floor—On the last day.

I’ll admit that it does look good. Better, in fact. But, I’ve been here the whole month, and we’ve all been together for Seven Days. Seems like we could’ve done this sooner than the last day.

Afterward, we all went out to eat at the “Cracker Barrel.”
I got myself a Steak. Not too bad. It’s the first Steak I ever got from the Cracker Barrel. Like I said, not too bad.
My Aunt and Uncle paid for our meal! (Thank You)

I have not packed a single thing.
So, in the morning, I’ll get up and start packing everything into my truck.

The plan is for Mom and me to follow one another home.
My Aunt will ride shotgun with Mom.

I didn’t get out to do much on this trip. That was the plan.
I needed to spend as much money here as I would have spent staying at home.
I needed my extra money for my trip to Mt. Airy, NC., which is coming up in July.
In fact, I’ll be in Mt. Airy, NC., by July 14th for the “Mayberry Meet-Up.” I’m really looking forward to that trip.
Mom and my Aunt are going with me on that trip as well.

We leave for home tomorrow morning, 7/1/2022

It’s been a great trip.

That’s all for now.

Love you,

–Lynn
