Papa, the girls, and I made our way over to a local High School Football Game tonight.
Mortimer Jordan High School was playing Leeds High School.
High School Football Games have come a long way.
Back when I went to School, you walked up to the Entrance Gate, and a lady with a small cash box was sitting at a table waiting to take your money. It was also cash only back in those days.
Tonight, though, we bought our tickets to the Game online. So yeah.
$9 per person, purchased using an app on a Smart Phone, and you show your phone to the person at the gate.
I was impressed.
We arrived about 45 minutes early so Papa could get a good parking spot and we could get some good seats close to the bottom of the stands.
The first thing I did after walking through the gate was to hit up the Concession Stand. I saw that it wasn’t busy, and I jumped on that opportunity not to have to stand in a long line.
I bought Nachos with Jalapenos and a Hot Dog.
You can’t go to any game at a Park and not have a Hot Dog. It’s unAmerican.
During the 4th Quarter, I enjoyed a Slice of Pepperoni Pizza.
Knock on wood; my Blood Sugar never went high either.
The girls met up with their friends and did what all the kids do; walk around.
The Game was good; Mortimer Jordan lost, however.

The next Game I’ll go and see will be Hayden High School. Another local High School.
It’s 11:45 pm CST here, and I think I will turn in for the night.
That’s all for now.
Love you,
