It’s been a long couple of days.
I think the C-Diff lowered my Immune System, and I caught something because I was puny the past few days.
Today, however, I’m feeling much better.
After Church is over, Papa is going to Fry some Chicken.
We have some Corn, Beans, and mac-n-cheese to go with it. I’m not the biggest fan of Mac -N- Cheese.
I do like the kind that comes in the box, and you have to boil the noodles and add the Powder Cheese to it.
This stuff they have out today, though… Not. A. Fan.
I was also in the mood for some Dressing and Gravy.
Down here, it’s “Dressing.” Not “Stuffing.”
So, I went to the General Store at the bottom of the Mountain, where they have a Diner, and got a heaping helping of the stuff.
It’ll go well with the rest of the meal.
Later, I may take the Dawgs for a ride out in the Country.
