Tomorrow, I go for my Hip Shot.
As I’ve stated before, I cannot have “Back Blocks” or any type of “Shot” in my Back due to my Spina Bifida and my Tethered Spinal Cord. I can, however, have shots in my Hips to help alleviate Hip pain. I’ll have that done tomorrow.
Then, on Friday, I will see a podiatrist about my Feet.
With my Spina Bifida and my Tethered Spinal Cord, I have Atrophy in my feet and legs. I also have very poor Blood Circulation in my legs and feet.
Then, add Type II Diabetes, which comes with its own problems with legs and feet, and seeing a Podiatrist is a must.
I can no longer walk barefoot. I used to be able to when I was younger, but that is no longer the case.
In my last Podiatrist meeting, the Podiatrist told me that I was walking on bone. There was no cushion between my skin and the bones in my feet.
I look forward to hearing what my Podiatrist has to say this time.
On to my Garden:
I already have lots of Sprouts in my “Starter Pods” for my Garden.
I planted more than I’ll need. I’ll give away any extras I have.
I still have my Habenaro Pepper, Hot Pepper, and Jalapeno Peppers to plant.
I planted my Squash in starter Cups today. They are not “Pods” but quart-sized “Jiffy” pots. I planted twelve. If they all grow, I’ll have more Squash than I need and will give the extras away.
And that’s the latest on the Ol’ Garden.
I just received my login for the Patient Portal for the Podiatrist. So, I will now log into my Portal and fill out all the pertinent information they need. I always overdo this. When the Patient Portal has a “Please Explain” section, I really, really explain. I want everything to be correct.
So, that said, I’ll log off here and log into my Patient Portal.
That’s all for now.
Love you,
–Lynn
