Cabin 6/22/22

—Cabin 6/22/22—

Whenever I come up to the Cabin, I try to Repair and Upgrade anything that I am physically able to Repair or Upgrade.
So, off to “Ace Hardware,” I went.

I needed to get two Outside Floodlights to replace two Floodlights that are out.
I also purchased some Single Philips Head Screws.

Knowing it would be hot out today, I got some Bottled Water.

One of the good things about being by myself up in the Mountains is that I can take my shirt off. That’s big to me.

Since getting “Lenny” and “Squiggy,” the names of my Colostomy and Urostomy, I developed a new appreciation for Women and their Bras.
Sometimes you gotta take your top off and be yourself!
And with it being hot out, I wanted to decrease all chances of overheating.

I also knew that if I overdid myself, my Urine would turn the color of Tea.

So, I know everything I have to keep a check on with myself.

Once I got back to the Cabin, the first thing I did, after taking my shirt off, was to drain the water in the Hot Tub and change two Floodlights out.

I then slowly Cleaned the Hot Tub and filled it back up.

I took it slow. So slow that something that might take another person an hour, took me from 9 AM until 3:45 PM.

In the end, I finished all the little jobs I set out to do today and feel mentally and physically good. It’s nice to accomplish your chores.

That’s all for now.

Love you,

–Lynn
