I realized today that this trip has mostly been about seeing the wildlife.
There’s a Rabbit that hangs out all day long that I named “Bugsy.”
The Bears are all named as well as one Chipmunk, “Monk.”
I got the Hot Tub situated until we get our Cover delivered. You may or may not remember that the Bear tore the Top off the Hot Tub and threw the Top in the Yard. So, I had to clean the Hot Tub out and put a nice Tarp on Top of it. And it is a nice Tarp as far as Tarps go.
Like everything else on order in America, Hot Tub Covers are on backorder.
We had to drain all the water out of the Hot Tub. I personally think the Bears believe the Hot Tub is empty. Not one Bear has come up on the Porch since I’ve been here.
One of the other jobs I had to do while I was up here was to hire a new Cleaning Crew. And I got that taken care of early on.
The Cleaning fee has gone up with the price of gas and everything else.
My Aunt, Mom, and I are going to run over to Cosby Tn. to eat at “Janices Diner” before this trip is over. I want to try their Beef Liver and Onions.
Today, though, I’ve made an appointment for our Cleaning Lady to stop by so I can introduce her to Mom and my Aunt.
