Pizza and Stories

I spent the day writing a story for my book.

The book may not get published, but I’ll still have it made into a book and give it to my Nieces and nephews, some family members, and friends.

Mom and Papa visited my Aunt and Uncle—Papa’s sister and brother-in-law—and I stayed behind with the girls.

For lunch, I made a homemade pizza.
Well, sort of a pizza.

I’ll post pictures of it, but it’s made on a large piece of bread.
I add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, salami, and onions.
Cook it in the oven at 450 for about 10 to 12 minutes. Viola! Delicious.

The girls only wanted pepperoni, so one side was just pepperoni, while the other had everything mentioned above.

I would like to tackle making some homemade dough and then making a pizza using dough.
I made dough all the time when I worked at a pizza joint when I was growing up. It wasn’t too hard making dough. A lot of mixing, though.

I talked to a few friends over the phone today. It was great speaking to them again. It had been a while since I’d spoken to them. It’s always great to “catch up” with old friends.

I’m going to get back to writing this story.
Y’all have a great night.

That’s all for now.

Love you,

–Lynn
