The Hometown Tourist

It all started when we got a company to re-insulate the house.
I knew the company was coming to take out the old insulation and install new insulation.
Papa had chosen this Spray Foam type of insulation.
The guys had been working for three days getting the old insulation out.

Once they began spraying the foam insulation into the walls and attic, the house began to smell. They assured us it was safe and the smell would go away after the insulation dried.
Had it just been a bad smell, I could have taken it. It began making me sick, though.
I asked the guys about it and they said that it would sometimes make a person sick but once it dried I’d be okay.
In the meantime, I couldn’t stay in the house.
So, I packed some clothes and Medical Supplies and headed to my Hometown of Fultondale, Alabama. This time, as a “Tourist.”
I got a room at a Hotel because I couldn’t find a “Motel” in the area.
And for the next few days, I’ll be a tourist in my Hometown of Fultondale, Alabama.

I’ll write about my “outings” including the Concert I attended last night, and I think it will be good for me.

That’s all for now.

Love you,

–Lynn
